·        Hot Stone massage also helps to reduce muscle knots where added advantage is it contain volcanic rock that retains heat well.
·        Deep tissue massage is to reduce the pain in deeper layer of your body by giving technical strokes.
·        Thai massage is done with feet to some parts of the body. It's also includes deep tissue massage. Thai is different kind of massage which helps to rejuvenate yourself from complete stress and pain.

·        Sports massage is helps to increase blood flow and also increases flexibility.
